Since the launch of Chat-GPT last November, the use of artificial intelligence has become much more common, especially in the workplace. Wanting to find out more about the use of the popular chatbot in companies across the UK, Indusface surveyed 2,000 workers in 25 different sectors.

Research reveals that “Chat-GPT” is mostly used in advertising. As many as 39 percent of the surveyed workers in that sector use it in their work. 11 percent of them use an AI chatbot more than once a week, but 5 percent say they will never use it.

38% of surveyed employees in the legal sector admit to using “Chat-GPT” at work. Indusface points out that this information is not at all surprising as recent reports show that artificial intelligence is reshaping the legal sector by improving the efficiency of contracts and automating certain parts of the work.

The arts and media sector took third place. The data shows that 33 percent of surveyed employees in that sector use chatbots with artificial intelligence for their work. 13 percent of them admit that they use it at least once a week.
