As it was emphasized, Israel has so far carried out more than 20,000 test flights, but yesterday’s flight was the first at which the media could be present. The flight tax program foresees an investment of almost 15 million euros and is supported by several state and private companies. The director emphasized that taxi-planes will also mean an economically viable market. – So if you want to fly an aircraft for medical use or to deliver food, you will be able to do that, she said. In addition to Israel, test flights with taxi-planes were carried out by other countries. France announced similar experiments for the next year 2024.
