WIRED World Fair Comes to Miami With Breakthroughs in AI, Biotech, Robotics and Culture

For more than a century, World’s Fairs have given people their first glimpse of what comes next: breakthroughs, ideas and new ways of living that could reshape everyday life. WIRED will reimagine that tradition at the WIRED World Fair in Miami on November 4.

This one-day event brings together technology, people and culture to explore how the future moves from paper to reality. Sacred Space in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood will host conversations with leading voices in biotech, politics, artificial intelligence and more.

The program will also feature The Onion, a researcher whose life’s work focuses on deciphering dolphin language, and a documentary screening of musk. Attendees can experience the same training software astronauts use to prepare for missions to the Moon and Mars. Robots will also be on display.

More programming will be announced as the event approaches. The current lineup includes conversations, immersive art installations by Marina Abramovic and interactive experiences. Additional information is available on the WIRED World Fair site.
