GeForce NOW Adds Aniimo, Active Matter and Outer Wilds This Week
GeForce NOW is adding a new selection of games to its cloud gaming library this week, including the creature-catching adventure Aniimo, Gaijin’s multiverse action game Active Matter and Annapurna Interactive’s acclaimed space mystery Outer Wilds.
Players can also experience path tracing in 007 First Light through GeForce NOW. For a limited time, the game’s Deluxe Edition is on sale through Steam and the Epic Games Store.
Across 11 new titles, GeForce NOW members can stream this week’s releases and other additions across supported devices through the GeForce NOW cloud gaming service.
Explore the countryside with Aniimo
The path to pastoral adventure begins with Aniimo, a free-to-play open-world creature-capture role-playing game. Every creature you encounter can become your friend. Capture an Aniimo with your Aniipods, merge with it to assume its form, and use its unique abilities to solve puzzles, win battles and overcome challenges.
Glide, dive and burrow through the countryside before returning to your personal RV. There, you can build a warm, interactive home for you and your Aniimo friends.
Aniimo is newly supported on Steam Deck and the Firefox browser. You can also stream it across other supported devices without waiting for a 45 GB download or clearing local storage.
Experience 007 First Light with path tracing
In 007 First Light, players follow James Bond as a young, resourceful and sometimes reckless recruit in MI6’s training program. The game presents a reimagined origin story for the world’s most famous spy, with IO Interactive’s signature stealth gameplay and cinematic Bond action.
Players can embark on missions in locations around the world, drive iconic vehicles and pursue rogue agents who are always one step ahead.
Path tracing has been added to 007 First Light, bringing more detailed lighting, shadows and reflections to its levels and set pieces. The result is a more cinematic, immersive and realistic experience. NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction helps deliver improved fidelity, clarity and precision.
Ultimate members can stream with GeForce RTX 5080-class performance, high dynamic range and cinematic-quality streaming up to 5K. DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution and dynamic frame generation support faster frame rates and improved image quality.
The 007 First Light Deluxe Edition is available at a limited-time sale price on Steam from September 15 to 29 and on the Epic Games Store from September 3 to 18.
Survive the time loop in Active Matter
Gaijin’s Active Matter is a realistic military shooter set in a divided multiverse and is now available on GeForce NOW. As an operative trapped in a time loop, you can take part in dangerous raids for loot or engage in intense player-versus-player combat.
Fight rivals from other timelines, survive physics-destroying anomalies and attempt to escape before the entire zone ceases to exist. Harvest active matter, collect loot and extract it to a safe location.
Ultimate members can take on each raid with GeForce RTX 5080-class cloud performance, delivering high frame rates, advanced graphics capabilities and low latency across supported devices.
Uncover cosmic secrets in Outer Wilds

Outer Wilds has also been added to the GeForce NOW library this week. As a new recruit to the Outer Wilds Ventures, search for answers across a strange and ever-changing solar system trapped in an endless time loop.
Track mysterious signals, decipher alien writing and discover hidden locations before underground cities are swallowed by sand or planets crumble beneath your feet.
