For holiday and vacation travel, a capable power bank can keep phones, laptops and other essential gadgets running away from an outlet. EcoFlow’s Rapid Pro lineup stands out with high capacities, rapid charging and enough output to power several devices at once. Both models are available now, with the 27,650 mAh Rapid Pro X listed at $170—$80 off—and the 20,000 mAh Rapid Pro priced at $70, or $56 off.

EcoFlow Rapid Pro X features
The Rapid Pro X can deliver up to 300 watts across a laptop, smartphone and headphones simultaneously. It includes three USB-C ports rated at 140 watts, 65 watts and 65 watts, plus a retractable 2-foot USB-C cable capable of 140-watt charging.
A 3.9-inch LCD shows the remaining battery capacity and charging percentage for connected devices. Users can cycle through additional information, including temperature and battery status, while also adjusting the display brightness and screen timeout. The power bank can connect to a phone through the EcoFlow app.
Fast charging and compatibility
The power bank supports a broad range of charging standards, including PD3.1, PPS, QC3.0, AFC, Apple 2.4A, BC1.2, SCP, FCP and UFCS.
With a single 140-watt USB-C input, the Rapid Pro X can recharge fully in about an hour. Using both inputs at the same time brings the battery from empty to 80 percent in less than 30 minutes. EcoFlow’s optional dock supports 320-watt charging through pogo pins on the bottom of the power bank and can charge it from zero to 80 percent in 20 minutes.
How the smaller Rapid Pro compares
The smaller Rapid Pro offers many of the same features but has a 20,000 mAh capacity. It includes a built-in 2-foot USB-C cable rated at 100 watts, one 100-watt USB-C port and two additional USB-C ports rated at 65 watts each. Its combined maximum output is 230 watts, and it can also recharge within 20 minutes.
EcoFlow also offers a Rapid Pro Desktop Charger for $140, reduced by $50. The charger has four USB-C ports and one USB-A port on its front, allowing users to charge multiple gadgets while the power bank charges on top. See the EcoFlow Rapid Pro Desktop Charger at Amazon.
