Sarah Duell, the head of sustainability at the Land Registry, shared that staff members “really love it.”
Initially, there were concerns regarding the land’s appearance, as it “might look a little rough.”
“However, we gathered together and discussed how this area would be part of the grass rather than the entirety of it,” she explained.
“Once we implemented the changes, we began to notice an increase in local wildlife, such as insects and butterflies, thriving in the areas we had intentionally left wild.
“It was an exciting development for us and for the entire team.”
