My Favorite Tested Vacuums Are on Sale for Prime Day

Looking for a good vacuum? The right vacuum can seriously improve your life and your home. Don’t miss these Prime Day vacuum deals on tested and recommended models.

As WIRED’s resident vacuum expert and tester, I’ve tested dozens of vacuums this year, including cordless stick vacuums, Dysons, and robot vacuums. At one point this summer, I had at least 13 different vacuum cleaners in my house to test.

I’ve convinced everyone in my life to upgrade, and I can report that no one who followed my advice has had any regrets. One friend said her robot vacuum was a wedding savior, while another liked hers so much that she bought one for each floor of her house. Upgrading your stick vacuum can also make a noticeable difference: when I asked a friend to test the new Dyson V8 Cyclone against the old V8, he immediately noticed the improvement.

This could be you—especially if you choose one of the vacuum cleaners I personally vetted. These Prime Day deals, part of Amazon’s fall event now called “Prime Big Deal Day,” include only vacuum cleaners we’ve tested and recommend, even if a particular model isn’t currently on sale.

While you’re here, don’t miss our coverage of the best Prime Day deals available today and tomorrow.
