Monday will bring a noticeable change in the weather, as falling pressure, shifting winds and a weather front move southeast from the northwest. Cooler, fresher and less humid conditions will follow.
The weather front will mainly bring cloud and periods of rain as it moves across England and Wales. Despite the change, sunny spells will continue in some areas, with temperatures reaching a high of 25°C in southeast England.

Further heavy rain is expected to develop across Northern Ireland on Monday morning before spreading into Scotland and Cumbria during the afternoon.
Strong, gusty southwesterly winds and persistent rain will keep temperatures lower in Scotland and Northern Ireland, with highs of around 17°C.
