Contract Cancellation Announcement
NASA has partnered with Chugach Intelligence Solutions LLC to deliver essential operations, maintenance, and repair services at NASA’s Ames Research Center, located in California’s Silicon Valley.
The Ames Facility Support Services II contract guarantees that the Center’s historic and specialized facilities are maintained effectively, fully operational, and equipped to support NASA Research Park’s agency missions and tenant partners.
This hybrid contract spans five years, featuring a 12-month base period and four optional 12-month extensions, with the potential for additional six-month renewals. The performance period is set to commence on Thursday, August 13th. This contract encompasses cost-plus-incentive core requirements, a fixed-price phase-in, and indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity task orders, ensuring flexibility for both routine maintenance and emergency facility needs. The maximum potential value of the award, including all options and indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity caps, is approximately $158 million.
