Jabra Replaces Its Entire Hearing Aid Lineup: What’s New in the M1, M2, and M3
Jabra’s new hearing aids are here. The direct-to-consumer brand has replaced its entire lineup of over-the-counter hearing aids with three new models: the Enhance Select M3, Enhance Select M2, and Enhance Select M1.
The company has discontinued the Jabra Enhance Select 700, 500, 300, and 50R, some of which were only a year or two old. While the M Series hearing aids look and function much like their predecessors, most of the updates are under the hood. Even those changes are not extreme, based on our testing of the M3 pair.
Jabra M1, M2, and M3: What’s different?
In previous Jabra hearing aid generations, paying more generally meant getting a slightly smaller device. That is not the case with the new M Series. All three models weigh 2.12 grams, with the exact weight varying by a few hundredths of a gram depending on the ear tips selected.
The M1 and M2 share the same form factor. The M3 has a slightly chunkier design, although it is a few millimeters shorter than its sibling. In everyday use, the three models are virtually indistinguishable unless you examine the fine details.
The M3 also offers a color option that is not available on the M1 and M2, except when choosing the red model. That gives the flagship model a small design advantage despite the similarities between all three hearing aids.
