Shark CryoGlow is my personal favorite because it takes the guesswork out of LED light therapy. Once you select your goal—“scar repair” or “anti-aging”—the mask automatically switches between wavelengths and adjusts the treatment time.

The Blemish Repair setting combines blue, red, and infrared light for eight minutes, while Better Aging uses red and infrared light for six minutes. After eight weeks of continuous use, Shark recommends switching to the four-minute Skin Sustain mode to maintain results.

The mask also includes a controller and under-eye cooling pads. You can use the cooling pads during treatment or on their own to help reduce puffiness.
