Tesla has shared a video of its humanoid robot Optimus learning more and more tasks, now including performing yoga exercises and sorting blocks by color on its own.

The video description is “Optimus can now autonomously split objects.” The footage initially shows the robot’s ability to arrange the cubes with human-like ease and speed. And when the human on the other hand intervenes to create additional complexity to the task, the robot quickly adapts to that change and successfully continues the task. The robot then performs yoga poses such as standing on one leg, balance, limb stretches and flexibility.

“Its neural network is fully trained from start to finish.” Join us to help Optimus grow (and improve his yoga routine),” was added in the video description.

Followers are mostly delighted with the capabilities of the robot. “Namaste” (yoga slang for “I bow to you”); “Incredible progress”; “As an engineer, I am completely amazed by all the little things that have to be and are correct to achieve that seemingly simple movement” – read some of the comments.
