NASA Astronaut Reed Wiseman to Highlight Artemis II at Baltimore Ravens vs. Saints Game
NASA astronaut and Artemis II mission commander Reed Wiseman will highlight America’s leadership in space exploration and aviation innovation during the Baltimore Ravens vs. New Orleans Saints game on Sunday, Sept. 20, in Baltimore.
Artemis II Commander Reed Wiseman to Appear in Baltimore
A Baltimore native, Wiseman served 27 years in the U.S. Navy and spent 175 days in space across two missions. On April 1, he launched aboard NASA’s Space Launch System (SLS) rocket from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida as part of the Artemis II mission.
Wiseman and the Artemis II crew completed a historic lunar flight, marking the first time humans had traveled near the moon in more than 50 years.
NASA Experience Zone at the Ravens-Saints Game
NASA team members will meet fans at the NASA Experience Zone outside the stadium from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. before the game. Visitors can learn more about NASA’s return to the moon through the Artemis program, enjoy interactive games and take photos at selfie stations featuring large inflatable NASA logos.

NASA’s Inspiration Tour travels across the country, bringing together stakeholders from academia, industry and the public sector. The tour connects NASA with the people, technologies and organizations advancing America’s leadership in space.
MAX POWER Aerospace Exhibition to Conclude the Tour
The tour will culminate at MAX POWER, a public exhibition of American aerospace innovations on Saturday, November 7, and Sunday, November 8, at and near Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
The multi-day, family-friendly event commemorating America’s historic 250th anniversary will showcase the next generation of aircraft, spacecraft, self-driving vehicles and technologies that will help define the future of transportation in air and space.
